About Fleet & District Neighbourhood WatchFleet & District Neighbourhood Watch came into being in 1991 with the encouragement of the Home Office. It grew and grew so that today there are some 6,000 participating households and 260 co-ordinators. It includes urban Fleet and Church Crookham & the rural communities of Crookham Village, Ewshot, Winchfield, Dogmersfield and Crondall.
