Police are appealing for witnesses after criminal damage at a school in Farnborough overnight between Friday, July 31 and Saturday, August 1.
Sometime between 8.15pm on the Friday and 10.15am on the Saturday entry was gained to Farnborough Hill School in Farnborough Road.
Three sheds were then broken into on the school premises but nothing was stolen.
However two trees next to a statue at the rear of the school were set on fire and a tractor parked next to them caught alight and was badly burnt.
PC Remu Parmar, of the Farnborough Targeted Patrol Team, said: “This was a mindless act of criminal damage and we are keen to hear from anyone who knows who may be responsible.
“Starting fires on purpose is extremely dangerous and fortunately nobody was injured during this incident.
“Were you in the area at the time? Do you have any information about the incident?”
