Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in Aldershot between Friday, August 21 and Saturday, August 22.

 

Sometime between 12pm on the Friday and 10am on the Saturday an address in Boxalls Lane was broken into after the rear patio doors were forced open.

 

Items including flat screen televisions, a portable DVD player and a Nintendo Wii games console were then stolen from the property.

 

PC Oliver Vale, of Farnborough police station, said: “A number of high value electrical items were stolen during the burglary and we are keen to trace the person responsible.

 

“We would ask anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area last weekend to contact us as soon as possible.

 

“Residents are reminded to ensure their homes are as secure as possible at all times and that valuable items are kept out of view.”
