Three people have been charged following a public order incident in Farnborough on Saturday, July 18.

 

Keith Berger, 18, of Oaken Copse Crescent, Farnborough has been charged with two counts of using words/behaviour to threaten unlawful violence.

 

James Mahabeer, 18, of Cambridge Road, Aldershot is charged with affray.

 

Ashley Pemberton, 18, of Fairfax Road, Farnborough is charged with affray and possessing an offensive weapon (a can of drink).

 

All three are due to appear at Aldershot Magistrates Court on Thursday, October 29.

 

The charges relate to an incident of public order that happened in Chapel Lane.

 

No further action will be taken against a 19-year-old man from Aldershot who was arrested in connection with this incident.
