PC Liz Thomas, from the West Heath Safer Neighbourhoods Team, said: “Incidents like this are uncommon in this area; however we are investigating whether these incidents are linked.
“We know there were people around when both incidents happened, either using the car park or walking to and from work.
“In the first incident, the victim has told us a member of the public walked past the man just before it happened and we are keen to trace this man as he may have vital information.
“I’d also like anyone else who has any information about these incidents, or recognises the descriptions, to contact us.”
