Police are appealing for information after a car was stolen from an address in Hartley Wintney on Thursday, October 29.
Sometime between 1.15am and 1.40am a Jaguar XKR was parked outside a garage at an address in London Road.
A rope was attached to the Jaguar and it was then moved and abandoned in the middle of the A30.
The garage was then broken into and a classic 1958 Jaguar that was parked inside was stolen.
The vehicle is a Jaguar XK150 DHC 3.4 litre and has a XK Club badge on the windscreen.
PC Kevan Wright, of the Yateley Targeted Patrol Team, said: “This car is a classic Jaguar and as well as being worth a great deal of money is also of great sentimental value to the owner.
“We believe the vehicle was driven towards Fleet and turned from Reading Road North into Crookham Road just before 2am.
“We would ask anyone who saw the car being driven or anyone who witnessed the incident to contact police as soon as possible.
“We are also keen to hear from anyone who has seen a car matching the description in the area recently.”
