Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was robbed in Farnborough on Monday, November 9.
The 27-year-old man has told police that between 8.30pm and 9pm, he was walking along Elm Grove Road towards the train station when he was approached by a group of five youths.
One of the group asked the man for money. He showed them his empty wallet, but then the youth pulled out a knife and demanded the man hand over his mobile phone, which he did.
Officers have descriptions of two of the group.
The first boy is described as:
- White
- Aged 13 to 14 years old
- Skinny build
- Wearing a red zip-up hooded top with the hood up
- Riding a BMX bike with no saddle
The second boy is described as:
- White
- Aged 13 to 14 years old
- Very short black hair
PC James Copley, from Aldershot CID, said: “This robbery happened on Monday evening when there would have been people out and about.
“Did you see a group of youths in the area acting suspiciously in Union Street, Elm Grove Road or the Princes Mead Shopping Centre area?
