Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in Aldershot on Friday, November 6.
Sometime between 9.40pm and 10.30pm a 14-year-old boy was punched and kicked to the ground at the junction of High Street and Short Street by two teenage boys.
Both boys are described as white and were around 16 years old.
The victim suffered minor injuries following the assault.
PC Campbell Patrick, of the Farnborough Targeted Patrol Team, said: “This was a completely unprovoked assault against an innocent boy.
“Were you in the area at the time? Did you witness this incident?
“We are particularly keen to speak to a member of army personnel who came to the aid of the victim after the assault.”
