Police are appealing for witnesses after a fire in Farnborough on Sunday, January 10.

At around 2pm a shed caught fire at an address in West Heath Road.

Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service attended and were able to bring the blaze under control.

The shed was destroyed and a nearby fence was damaged during the incident.

Officers are treating the incident as arson.

PC Nick Sexton, of the Farnborough Targeted Patrol Team, said: “Incidents like this are rare in Farnborough and we want to trace the person responsible.

“We are particularly keen to speak to a white man aged in his 30s who was seen driving a light blue car in the area at the time.”
