Detectives in Aldershot are appealing for witnesses following an arson in Dogmersfield on Monday, April 5.

Sometime between 2am and 3am, a fire was started at the JTMS Garage in Chatter Alley. The blaze caused extensive damage to the building, three vehicles, tools, machinery and office accessories.

Detective Constable Sol Koranteng, from Aldershot CID, said: “This appears to have been a deliberate fire that has caused extensive damage.

“I would like to hear from anyone who may have seen or heard anything during the early hours of Monday morning, or knows who is responsible, to contact the police.

“This appears to have been an isolated incident but I would like to remind people to be vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the police.”
