Police are appealing for witnesses after a large amount of cash was stolen from a supermarket in Hook on Friday, May 28.
At around 9.30pm a man grabbed a large bag of change from a till point at Tesco in Hook.
The man then ran off out of the back of the store with the bag that contained around £700.
The man is described as:

Aged between 25 and 30
Short, dark hair
Wearing blue jeans, a black t-shirt, a black zip up jacket and white trainers
PC Stacy Beale, of the Hook Safer Neighbourhoods Team, said: “This theft happened when the shop was still open and there may have been other customers inside who saw the man responsible.
