Police in Aldershot are appealing for witnesses and information to an assault in the town on Friday, June 11.

At 9.20pm, two women were in West End Park when they were attached by a group of up to 10 teenagers.

The women, both aged 23, received minor injuries.

PC Stephen Court, from the Farnborough Targeted Patrol Team, said: “This assault happened in a busy park when they were likely to have been other people around.

“The assault happened next to the children’s playground, and then continued into Laburnum Close where the offenders then targeted a nearby car.

“We are keen to hear from anyone who has any information about who is responsible for this attack.”
