Police in Farnborough are appealing for a witness to come forward following a driving offence in the town on Saturday, January 3.
At around 3.50am police attended the Ham and Blackbird roundabout on the A325 where they found a broken down vehicle.
As police arrived a member of the public was seen to drive off from the scene in a white car.
Officers are keen to speak to the driver of the vehicle who may have information about the incident.
PC Stephen Antrobus, of the Northern Roads Policing Unit, said: “We believe the driver of the small white car may have some valuable information regarding this incident.
“We would urge them to contact police as soon as possible.”
A 42-year-old man has been arrested and bailed in connection with this incident
