A second man is facing criminal charges following a fatal road traffic collision in Church Crookham in July 2007.
Tom Wesley Turner, 21, of Perry Oaks, Bracknell, is accused of aiding and abetting the offence of causing death by dangerous driving.
He was charged by officers from Hampshire Constabulary's Road Death Investigation Team in consultation with the Crown Prosecution Service and is due to appear before Aldershot Magistrates Court on Thursday, February 19, 2009.
On July 31, 2007, Mr Turner was travelling as a passenger in a Ford Transit van on Aldershot Road when the vehicle was in collision with a Ford Fiesta.
The Fiesta driver, Patricia McGill, 59, from Church Crookham, died as a result.
The Transit driver, Dean Thomas Robert, 24, from Bracknell, was convicted in September 2008 of causing death by dangerous driving and sentenced to 21 months in prison.
