Police appeal for witnesses after assault in Fleet

 

Police are appealing for witnesses after an assault in Fleet during the early hours of Friday, November 27.

 

At around 12.50am a 21-year-old man was walking along Fleet Road when he was approached by three men.

 

The men assaulted the man and then left in a dark coloured taxi.

 

The victim suffered a bump to his head and grazes to his hands following the incident.

 

The first man is described as:

 

  • White

  • Around 6ft 2ins tall

  • Short, dark hair

 

The second man is described as:

 

  • White

  • 6ft tall

  • Short, blonde hair

  • Wearing light coloured clothing

 

The third man is described as:

 

  • White

  • Around 5ft 8ins tall

 

PC Joanna Rae, of the Yateley Targeted Patrol Team, said: “This incident happened near to a night club in the early hours of Friday morning and there would have been a number of people around.


“We would ask anyone with information or any witnesses to contact us as soon as possible.”
