Police appeal for witnesses after damage at park in Hook |

Police are appealing for information after hundreds of pounds worth of damage was caused to a park in Hook last weekend.
Sometime between 6pm on Friday, November 27 and 9am on Monday, November 30 bollards, fencing and the play park surface was damaged at Wellworth Park.
PC Stacy Beale, of the Hook Safer Neighbourhoods team, said: “Sometime over the weekend a vehicle was driven onto the park and a great deal damage was caused.
“This was an unusual incident that happened in a residential area and someone may have seen or heard the vehicle when it was being driven around the park.
“We would ask anyone with information or any witnesses to contact us as soon as possible.” |
