Police appeal for information about incident in Farnborough
Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident in Farnborough on Wednesday, December 9.
Police have been told that at around 8pm there was a loud crash in Clockhouse Road. A man came out of his home to find out what was going on.
He spoke to a couple who were walking past who said a woman had been assaulted and a car then drove off at speed hitting a parked car as it left.
The man then contacted police and officers attended the scene but could not find any damaged vehicles. Nobody else has reported the incident to police.
Detective Sergeant Tim Ireson, of Aldershot CID, said: “We are keen to speak to the couple who told the man about this incident. They were walking along Clockhouse Road at around 8pm last night and are described as Eastern European.
“Anyone else who witnessed this incident or who has any information about it should contact police as soon as possible.”
