Update on Aldershot murder

Detectives investigating the shooting of a child and a woman at an address in Aldershot on Tuesday, December 29 are today continuing their investigations.

The 40-year-old woman who was injured during the incident at Church Hill remains in a critical condition at St George’s Hospital in Tooting.

The bodies of a 56-year-old man and a four-year-old girl were removed from the address last night. Post mortems will take place today.

Formal identification of the man and the child have yet to take place.
